Part-Time Admissions RN. Work schedule is 20 hours per week. Approx.. 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Full-Time Nurse Practitioner - requires Masters degree in nursing, RN license, APN certification, Experience in palliative care, hospice or geriatrics & Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Visiting On Call RN, every other Saturday & Sunday 10 am to 6 pm
Qualifications for RN positions
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License, BLS training, CRNH preferred, OCN desirable.
At least two years experience including two years medical/surgical experience, hospice and/or home care and/or oncology experience required.

Geriatric Care Manager – Seeking a full-time LSW/LCSW to join our growing SeniorWise Geriatric Care Management Program. Experience in case management with seniors and knowledge of local resources required.
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES
CHHA – Per Diem, Inpatient Center– coverage for vacation, week days and weekends – days or nights
CHHA, Atlantic County- Per Diem: every other weekend and provide vacation coverage on weekdays, day shift.
CHHA, Atlantic County- Full Time: includes working every other weekend
CHHA – Full Time, Inpatient Center– 6 am to 6 pm. 3 days per week, every 4th weekend, every other holiday
CHHA - Per Diem: every other weekend and provide vacation coverage on weekdays, day shift. Positions available in Atlantic Co, Burlington Co, Camden Co, Gloucester and Mercer Counties
Qualifications for CHHA positions
High school diploma or GED, NJ CHHA license, 1 year experience preferred.
